Features of hydraulic power station

1. The system uses constant pressure pump as the working oil source, which can reduce the heat of the system;

2. There is a heater on the oil tank, if the oil temperature is too low, it can be put into the heater and heated to 15 degrees Celsius to work normally;

3. The oil outlet of the hydraulic station is equipped with an oil filter. Put your own brake cylinder to bring the magazine into the system when returning oil;

4. It is equipped with oil temperature sensor and pressure sensor to monitor the change of oil temperature and pressure.

Maintenance and upkeep of hydraulic power stations

1. If oil leakage and other abnormal phenomena are found in the pipeline during the working process, stop the machine immediately for maintenance;

2. In order to prolong the service life of hydraulic oil, the oil temperature should be less than 65°C; Check the quality of the hydraulic oil every three months, and replace it once every six months to one year depending on the quality of the hydraulic oil;

3. The liquid level of the oil level gauge of the oil tank should be observed in time, and the hydraulic oil that meets the requirements should be replenished in time to avoid the oil pump being emptied.

4. Clean or replace the oil filter regularly;

5. Keep the working environment of the hydraulic station clean and tidy.
