There are two ways to install the color steel tile pressing machine
The detection part of the color steel tile press machine includes: the pulse encoder that detects the length of the color steel tile, the upper and lower stroke switch of the profile, the up and down stroke switch of the cutter, the up and down operation button of the profile, the up and down stroke button of the cutter, the emergency stop switch, the hydraulic start-stop switch and so on. The execution part of the color steel tile pressing machine has a frequency converter drive motor, a hydraulic station motor, two hydraulic solenoid valves for the profile, and two hydraulic solenoid valves for the cutter.
(1) Slitting or block installation method
Slitting or block installation method refers to the installation method of dividing the grid into strips or block units, which are respectively hoisted by lifting equipment to the high-altitude design position and put in place, and then become a whole. Strip refers to the length of the grid is divided into several sections, the width of each section can be a grid to three grids, the length of which is the span of the short span of the grid, block refers to the unit shape divided along the longitudinal and horizontal direction of the grid is rectangular or square. The weight of each unit is subject to the lifting capacity of the existing lifting equipment on site.
Most of the welding and splicing work of slitting or block installation method is carried out on the ground, is conducive to improving the quality of engineering, and can save most of the assembling support, because the existing lifting equipment capacity of the site has been considered at the time of the division order, the existing equipment of the construction site can be fully utilized, and the rental fee of the lifting equipment is reduced.
(2) High-altitude bulk method of tile press
The high-altitude bulk method refers to the method of assembling small units or pieces (single members and individual nodes) directly at the design position. There are two kinds of high-altitude bulk method: full support (i.e., full scaffolding) method and cantilever method, the full support method is mostly used for the assembly of parts, and the cantilever method is mostly used for small units in the case of high-altitude assembly. Since the parts are assembled at high altitudes, there is no need to use large lifting equipment, but due to the erection of large-scale assembly supports, a large amount of scaffolding materials are required.
